1. Every County Environment Committee shall specify which of the areas identified are to be targeted for afforestation or reforestation.
2. Every County Environment Committee shall take measures, through encouraging voluntary self-help activities in their respective local community, to plant trees or other vegetation in any area which are within the limits of its jurisdiction.
