Criteria for appointment of an environmental inspector.


1. Appoints Inspectors by name or by title of office
2. Appointees can be public officers or otherwise
3. The appointees must be duly qualified persons (in this regard having done Basic Enforcement Course offered by NEMA)
4. The appointees are appointed for such jurisdiction units as shall be specified in the Gazette Notice appointing them
