Penalties meted on EIA offenders

Penalties meted on offenders who knowingly submit EIA study reports with false or misleading information to NEMA includes:-
1. Term of imprisonment of not more than three years, or
2. A fine of not more than five million shillings, or
3. Both such fine and imprisonment and
4. In addition, his license shall be revoked.
