Role of lead agencies in the SEA process


1. Undertake or cause to be undertaken the preparation of strategic environmental assessments at their own expense (EMCA section 57.A.3).
2. Submit such assessments to the NEMA for approval.
3. Provide comments to SEA reports upon request by NEMA. Question
