Appeal to the National Environment Tribunal
• A person can appeal to the National Environment Tribunal when aggrieved by:
• By a refusal to grant a licence or to transfer his licence as provided for under EMCA or regulations made thereunder
• The imposition of any condition, limitation or restriction on his licence as provided for under EMCA or regulations made thereunder
• The revocation, suspension or variation of his licence as provided for under EMCA or regulations made thereunder
• The amount of money which he is required to pay as a fee as provided for under EMCA or regulations thereunder
• The imposition against him of an environmental restoration order or environmental improvement order by NEMA as provided for under EMCA or regulations made thereunder
