Why are environmental documents kept in regulated institutions necessary?
The records shall be made available at such reasonable time to any environmental inspector for the purpose of—
(a) an environmental audit;
(b) environmental monitoring and evaluation;
(c) pollution control;
(d) inspection;
(e) any other purpose that may be prescribed by the Director-General from time to time.
