Offences related to EIA under EMCA Cap 387


1. Person who knowingly submits a report which contains information that is false or misleading (EMCA Section 58.10).
2. Person who fails, neglects or refuses to comply with the directions of NEMA to submit a fresh EIA report EMCA Section 64.1&2).
3. Failure to formally notify NEMA of a transfer of Environmental Impact Assessment License to a new facility owner (EMCA Section 65.5).
